Quality Quality is our number one priority and the hallmark of every Thompson Coach. Complete design is accomplished on our CAD computer system, then each component (eg. cabinet panels, drawers, doors, Solid Surface tops, ceiling panel systems, etc.) are precisely dimensioned and stored in memory until needed. At the appropriate time, this detailed information is forwarded, via high-speed network, to our CNC computerized router where the parts are precisely cut to within .001 tolerance directly from computerized drawings, then assembled by experienced craftsmen. This procedure is never rushed. Each task is completed before another begins. Our primary purpose for this state of the art equipment is precision and quality control, not mass production. Solid Surface is used throughout the coach including windowsills and table tops. Our beautiful Solid Surface counter tops may be crafted with cove molded back splashes and built up no-drip edges. We rely heavily on our CNC router when custom crafting our tops. Cabinet finishes are laminate with hand finished wood accents, depending on taste. Special attention is given to every detail of our multi-tiered, mirrored ceilings. Any imaginable shape can be designed on our CAD system and then formed to perfection using the CNC router. Flooring consist of marble, granite or top-quality carpets with custom inlays. Our coaches are constructed in our clean, new state-of-the-art facility in Knoxville using only top-notch craftsmen and the latest in tools and technology. It is obvious everywhere you look; quality is our number one priority.
